MetaStorm BPM Business Analyst: Bournemouth, UK

We are looking Experienced Business Analyst. WSS BPM Design Centre - Business Analyst with Metastorm ProVision experience. Previous Investment Banking/Financial services is not essential to the role but is preferred.

"This individual will have good experience performing process analysis and improvement design and should possess a balanced mix of business process skills, technology background, and strong problem solving skills. Your role will be to liaise with both the business and technical stakeholders across a number of work streams to ensure a successful and smooth transition of any implementations. This person will serve as a lead analyst in business process management (BPM) workflow and end to end process mapping projects. Provide expertise on process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measures. Assist in BPR analysis, design, and implementation. You will also be expected to undertake general BA duties such as requirements gather, writing specs and general analysis. Develop and nurture relationships with internal clients. Coaching of junior business analysts in the use of processing mapping and the use of ProVision. Administration of the Metastorm Knowledge Exchange Server as the modelling repository. Maintenance of the object modelling library to be used by other business analysts. Governance in the use of the WSS BPM Enterprise. Modeling standards. Excellent experience in process engineering. Excellent experience in Business and system. Architecture mapping levels 0-4. Good experience as an expert/lead role. Has experience on large, complex projects with enterprise-wide impact. Has experience as a project team member on multiple projects simultaneously. Has experience leading business process reengineering projects. Expert knowledge in Metastorm ProVision. Will consider experience in other Business Process. Modeling tools, such as IDS Scheer ARIS, Mega or other tools. Consulting experience in business process improvement projects and/or business transformation projects. Business acumen together with an analytical mind set and hands-on problem solving skills. Perform BPM requirements definition, solution development, system configuration and application deployment. Industry expertise in investment banking, insurance or financial services a plus. Excellent communication, client-facing and people skills are essential. Metastorm BPM, Pega PRPC or BEA AquaLogic Process Server experience is a plus"
